Community BBQ Reminder – Saturday June 30th at 3pm

Just a quick reminder that the Liberty Ranch HOA would like to invite all residents to join us in a Community BBQ – Saturday June 30th – from 3-6pm.  The BBQ will be held in the town park, off of Stagecoach Ave.

Please make plans to attend, as this is a great opportunity for you to meet and get to know your neighbors and Board Members.

Oil Well Work Notification

Liberty Ranch HOA –

Crestone Peak Resources is scheduled to move on to the Frederiksen well pad (COGCC Facility ID 410164) starting later today to plug and abandon the three wells located on this site.  The Frederiksen 31-28, 41-28, and 8-4-28 will all be plugged and abandoned during this activity.  This well pad is located south of the Liberty Ranch community park and open space.

During this activity, a truck mounted service rig will move in and rig up. We will set permanent plugs in the wellbore and cement each well per Colorado Oil & Gas Conservation Commission (COGCC) regulations. The steel casing in the wellbore will be cut-off below surface and a metal plate will be welded into place. All surface equipment that supports these wells will be removed. The area around the plugged and abandoned wellsite will be reclaimed.

This activity will include the use of a service rig, temporary tanks, worker pickup trucks and other heavy equipment. Noise mitigation and emission controls will be in place during all operations at this site. All work will be done during the day and all access is restricted to the designated access road.

QTR 1 Assessment Statements Mailed

Assessment statements for QTR 1, and a Newsletter, have been mailed to all homeowners.  Be sure to look for the statement in your mailbox in the coming days. Assessments are due on January 1, and are considered late if not received by the 15th of the month.

ALSO – Please be aware that the payment address has changed.  Please update your records and send in the payment to the new address, as listed on the Assessment Statement.

Annual Meeting Reminder – TONIGHT at 6:30pm

All homeowners are reminded that the Liberty Ranch Homeowners Association Annual Meeting of Homeowners will be held TONIGHT, November 14th at 6:30pm. The Annual Meeting will be held at the Mead High School. A quorum of homeowners (43 Homes) is needed to hold a valid meeting. To date, only 7 proxies have been received, so it is important that homeowners attend the meeting to reach the required quorum.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete and submit the PROXY, which allows your address to be counted as present at the meeting.

NO DELAY IN TRASH COLLECTION THIS WEEK

PLEASE NOTE that there will NOT be any delay in the trash collection this week.  Collection will occur on the normal day, so please have your trash bin out on the curb for collection by 7:00am.

QTR 3 ASSESSMENT STATEMENTS MAILED

The QTR 3 Assessment Statements have been placed in the US Postal Mail.  Please check your mailbox in the coming days for the statement.

The QTR 3 Assessment is due on July 1, and is considered late if not received by October 15th.  Any account with an outstanding balance as of July 15th will be charged a late fee, in accordance with the Collection Policy of the Association.
